Wide modern two-bedroom apartment with terrace and panoramic view, ideal for up to 4 persons.   
  
This apartment stands out for its modern and elegant design.   
  
It is made of two bedrooms, one double room and one bedroom with two single bed, of which one is elevated, a wide and particularly luminous living room with kitchenette and dining table, an elegant bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine and a wide furnished terrace looking southwards.   
  
The wide furnished terrace boasts a breathtaking panoramic view on the whole town of Ortisei and on the Dolomite mountains. Its exposition to South makes it particularly sunny and allows you to dine outside as well.   
  
The modern kitchenette is ideally equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.   
  
There is also a centralized vacuum cleaning system.   
  
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are at your disposition.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:   
  
\- Adults (from 14 years): 4   
  
\- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Villa Mayr is a modern luxury apartment set in a privileged position, only few minutes’ walk from Ortisei Val Gardena town center away.   
  
It is was renovated in 2018, set in a panoramic location, but still not far from the town center, which is reachable in less than 10 minutes walking.   
  
In Winter you will have the free skibus stopping only 100 m from the house. It will lead in few minutes to the cableways of the Dolomiti Superski ski resort and to the town center.   
  
In Summer, the hiking paths run by just behind the house and the summer bus stops only 100 m from the property, leading you to the town center and to the cableways. The particularly sunny and panoramic position will allow you to take advantage of the magnificent terrace of Villa Mayr and admire its breathtaking view on Ortisei and on the Dolomites.   
  
This holiday rental in Ortisei is also ideal for families with children, due its quiet position and to the small distance to the next public children playground.   
  
The next restaurants, bars, shops and groceries are less than 10 minutes walking away.   
  
The apartment Villa Mayr features all the comforts for a perfect holiday in Val Gardena, such as outdoor parking, free wi-fi, washing machine, ski deposit, linen and towels.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.   
  
Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)   
  
Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.   
  
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in   
  
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)   
  
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.   
  
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).   
  
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.   
  
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.   
  
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.   
  
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.   
  
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.   
  
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.   
  
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
