This wide apartment in Ortisei town center, is composes by two double rooms, a wide living room with sofa and flat screen satellite TV and a separate kitchen. Two bathrooms, of which one with shower and one with tub will guarantee you the maximum comfort. The apartment also boasts two balconies where you can relax, while enjoying the fresh mountain air. The separate kitchen, which features an own dining table, comes with oven, cooking plate, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. Linen, towels and Wi-Fi are available for free. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 5 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. House Stina offers classy accommodations in Ortisei town center, only 300 m from St. Anthony’s Square! It features a wide apartment in very central position, in the heart of Ortisei in Val Gardena, being the ideal starting point for all possible activities, as cableways and children ski slopes are only few minutes walking away. The “Luis Trenker” walking path is only few steps away and it is particularly suited for people who love to have relaxing strolls.You will find the grocery store, the ski rental, the kiosk and much more in front of the house. This holiday house offers free private parking, particularly comfortable for the town center. For the skiers who want to challenge the Sella Ronda, the house comes with a ski deposit. Free Wi-Fi is of course available, so you can connect to the internet for every need. Linen and towels are provided for free use. Free daily access to the MAR DOLOMIT public swimming pools! The perfect apartment for outstanding holidays in Val Gardena! Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
