It is made of a double room and a twin room, a living room with single sofa bed, dining table and satellite TV, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. The apartment is completely located ground floor and comes with a small ground floor terrace, looking southwards, completed by a small garden, from where you will be able to enjoy a stunning view on the Dolomite mountains. The kitchen is equipped with oven, cooking plate, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and much more. Wi-Fi, towels and linen are provided for free use. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 4 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. House Sellablick offers a comfortable two-bedroom apartment set ground floor, with parterre terrace, garden and mountain view in Ortisei Val Gardena. This holiday rental is located in a panoramic position, looking southwards, on the way to the famous Saint Jacob’s Church. The property is located only 700 m from the town center of Ortisei away, so it is possible to walk there. The ski lifts can be reached in few minutes using the free public ski bus, stopping only a couple of meters from the house away. The hiking paths toward the most beautiful Dolomites’ peaks do start just beside the house. Just beside the house you will find the famous typical restaurant Stua Catores, serving best local dishes. The next bars, restaurants and shops can be found in town center of Ortisei, so a bit more than half kilometer away. The sunny location and the wonderful mountain view make the House Sellablick, the ideal solution for mountain lovers. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. Schöne Wanderwege starten direkt vom Haus aus und das Zentrum des Ortes ist fußläufig über Treppen gut zu erreichen. Für den Rückweg benötigt man etwas Kondition.
