This special flat offers a classy holiday.



It consists of a double room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet, and a living area with a double sofa bed.



There is also a very sunny and furnished garden with a view of the South Tyrolean Dolomites.



A parking space in the garage and WiFi are provided free of charge.



The flat is located on the first floor but is accessible by lift.



The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, kettle, hotplate, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery and much more.



Bed linen and towels are also included.



Only one parking space is available.

This wonderful apartment house Meisules is located in a zone of the town center of Ortisei, 300 meters from the shopping street and 500 meters from the Resciesa funicular and the Seceda Cableway, part of the Dolomiti Superski ski resort and the Sella Ronda loop.



Shops and restaurants are only few hundred meters far from the apartment and easily reachable by foot.



Wi-Fi, Bed linen and towels are provided for free.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!

Terrible check-in Experience. Rude, Unhelpful, no Toilet Paper or Coffee

My husband and I were treated badly by the company that rented the property. WhatsApp messages went unanswered for days, phone calls were not answered, and information sent was unclear. The check-in process was unclear, and was in an office across town that handled 170 other properties. The apartment had absolutely NO toilet paper, almost no coffee, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The check-in staff was rude, unhelpful and explained that since they had to check in hundreds of others, they couldn’t be expected to be responsive. They did not answer WhatsApp or phone calls. Even in person, The management was extremely rude and unresponsive.
