So, you will be able to fully enjoy the Dolomites’ sun and the stunning view on the mountains. The kitchenette is equipped with oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, small fridge, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. Linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided for free. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 4 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. The house Cesa Bruma is a holiday rent with garden in Ortisei Val Gardena. This apartment house features two apartments to rent, one in traditional alpine style and one in modern style. The position is sunny and boasts a breathtaking view on the Dolomites. The wide southwards looking garden, will allow you particularly enjoy this privileged position. The town center is easily reachable in less than 10 minutes walking. To reach the Dolomiti Superski lifts, you can use the free busses and ski busses, in Winter as well as in Summer. They both stop only 300 m from the house away. This way you can easily reach the ski slopes, as well as the hiking paths. The next restaurants, bars, shops and groceries are less than 10 minutes walking away. The closeness to the children playgrounds, make this property particularly suitable for families with children. Cesa Bruma comes with all comforts needed for the perfect holiday in Val Gardena, like 1 garage parking for each apartment, free Wi-Fi, washing machine in each apartment, ski deposit, linen and towels. Pets not allowed. Enjoy the wonderful Dolomites and book you stay in Cesa Bruma! Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
