The exterior has a well-kept garden, a terrace and a courtyard. It is located in Raggiolo, a medieval village on the slopes of Appennino Toscano, that overlooks the beautiful valley of Casentino. La casa è immersa nel verde, il giardino privato è molto grande ed offre anche la possibilitá di pranzare fuori grazie al barbecue che si trova li. La villetta in pietra rispecchia pienamente le caratteristiche del borgo, il parcheggio è comodo, spazioso e si trova vicino all'abitazione; inoltre in soli 5 minuti a piedi è possibile arrivare nel centro del paese. All'interno la casa è molto accogliente, grazie all'arradamento curato nei minimi dettagli. All'arrivo i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare in soggiorno un'ottima crostata, che abbiamo mangiato godendoci l'ottimo paesaggio che si vede dalla finestra. La camera da letto è ampia e luminosa, il bagno è di facile accesso dalla camera e dispone di tutto il necessario. Devo dire che la casa, nonostante si trovi in un paesino antico, all'interno è stata ristrutturata mantenendo le caratteristiche di base del luogo. Consiglio questa casa a tutti coloro che vogliono concedersi qualche giorno di relax; per le famiglie è un posto calmo e tranquillo ma per le coppie è allo stesso tempo romantico. La casa rispecchia totalmente quanto pubblicato, attrezzata, curata in ogni dettaglio e accogliente. Comodo il parcheggio sottostante e tramite i ripidi vicoli in 5 minuti si può arrivare in centro a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è il fiume che accompagna con il suo rumore il silenzio del luogo ove si possono fare delle piacevoli camminate. La Sig.ra Linda premurosa oltremodo nel farci trovare l'abitazione con il camino e la stufa accesi, offrendoci anche una buonissima crostata per colazione. Sicuramente consigliatissima e speriamo di tornarci al più presto. Due consigli il divano fronte camino lo sostituirei con un divano letto e mi raccomando metta una padella per fare le caldarroste.... o come si chiamano da quelle parti BRICIE. ##### Leandro G. La casa situada en una zona muy bonita y tranquila. El acceso a la casa era el único punto más delicado al ser una zona peatonal muy empinada con difícil acceso para el equipaje. Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza in questa deliziosa struttura recentemente rimodernata, ma capace di conservare il suo stile originale in linea con l'architettura del paese toscano. Il personale, cortese e disponibile, ci ha subito messo a nostro agio fornendoci tutte le informazioni relative ai luoghi da visitare e alle migliori attrazioni presenti nei dintorni. La villa, dotata di ampio giardino, è immersa nel verde e si è rivelata il luogo ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno di totale relax e tranquillità.
