Avoid!
A tired looking hotel very near the centre of Sarigerme village. Cleaning was very ad hoc to the point of almost being non-existent. No facilities, but the supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Staff are noticably uninterested and ignorant.

I chose this hotel due to good reviews and location, as I was a lone female traveller, I was disappointed. I arrived at 1.30am and was told that the room wasn’t ready, it was being cleaned. I waited 10 minutes and went up to the room on the 3rd floor. The room wasn’t clean, there was a water bottle lid on the side, the bathroom bin was full of rubbish, hair in the bathroom sink and the bedding wasn’t clean. I told the receptionist the following morning, who promised to get it sorted. Luckily, I was in the room when the housekeepers came and they were surprised that I asked them to clean and change the bedding, obviously, my message hadn’t been passed on. The bedding was changed, the bin emptied and I was given clean towels. This was the only time in 5 days that the room was thoroughly cleaned, bedding changed or clean towels. I had issues with the toilet 2 days in a row, which weren’t immediately fixed. The room was small, although fine for 1 person, it had half a wardrobe next to a slopping wall, which I hit my head on every time I went to get my clothes!

Older hotel but for the price, can't beat it. Friendly staff and breakfast was okay. Stayed for one night to be close to Dalaman airport. Can use updating but again, for the price, it's just fine.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff were all very friendly and professional and helped me when I had a problem. The room was immaculate and well appointed. The food was amazing.

Es war leider zu laut.. mindestens bis 1 Uhr Nachts täglich lautstarke Musik von der Bar neben an. Schlafen selbst mit Ohropax nicht möglich. Schade

Saubere und gut gelegene Anlage. Nettes Personal, egal ob Chef oder Putzfrau waren immer steht’s Freundlich. Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, und freuen uns wenn wir wieder dort in diesem Hotel sind.

Flott beliggenhet i forhold til landsbyens restauranter og shopping. Hotellet hadde absolutt en av stedets beste restauranter. Ca 10 min gangvei til stranda, bassenget var bra, men ikke stort.

Otelde çok öncesinden iki oda rezervasyon ettirmiş olmamıza rağmen her iki odayı da umumi tuvaletin oraya verdiler. Başka oda da olmadığını belirttiklerinden mecburen orada kaldık. Bir daha asla gitmeyeceğim bir otel.

Sn Münevver Hanım , Misafirimiz olduğunuz için teşekkür ederiz. Umumi Tuvalet dediğiniz yer neresidir çözemedik. Odalarımızın konumları her biri bir birinden güzeldir. Kaldığınız 107 Nolu odada 2 hafta ve üzeri konaklayan misafirlerimizden dahi böyle tuhaf bir yorum almamıştık. Günü birlik yaptığınız rezervasyonda sizleri mutlu edemediğimiz için üzgünüz. saygılarımızla

Appartement tout neuf (duplex). Très belle déco. accueil sympathique. Deux chambres, deux salles de bains et un sofa pour le 3 ème enfant. On peut y cuisiner, faire sa lessive. Restau sur place très bien aussi. A 5 mn en voiture : plage aménagée. Attention : demander à ne pas être coté rue (bruyant), certains ont vu piscine.
