THREE-BEDROOM APARTMENT IN VILLA, with splendid sea view, accommodates 6 people.  
  
Holiday home located on the first floor of a villa surrounded by the greenery of the Cala Liberotto pine forest, a few meters from its beautiful beaches, known for their crystal-clear waters. The nearest beaches and those in the immediate vicinity are Sas Linnas Siccas Bay and Fuile 'e Mare Beach, respectively 6 and 3 minutes on foot, both beloved by the area's visitors.  
  
The apartment is surrounded by a large sea-view terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, accessible from the open-plan living-dining room with a kitchen equipped with every comfort. The three bedrooms also have direct access to the terrace and each has its own private bathroom.  
  
It is the ideal holiday home for groups of friends, as well as for couples or two families, thanks to the generous veranda where pleasant communal moments can be spent together without sacrificing individual privacy, guaranteed by the configuration of the rooms with private bathrooms.
