The villa Cortesas 1 is located a few kilometers away from Orosei and has 2 bedrooms with capacity for 4 people.  
  
The accommodation is approximately 60 m² in size, tastefully furnished and very bright, with a veranda overlooking the sea and the garden.  
  
It is located 6 km from the \\"ARST\\" bus station, 6 km from the village \\"Sos Alinos\\", 6 km from the \\"Crai\\" supermarket, 7 km from the sandy beach \\"Cala Liberotto\\", 7 km from the rocky beach \\"Cala Liberotto\\" , 7 km from the \\"125Cala Ginepro\\" restaurant, 90 km from the national and international airport of Olbia \\"Costa Smeralda\\" and from the harbor of Olbia, and is located in a complex of 2 houses (Cortesas 2) ideal for groups of families or friends.  
  
It has a garden, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat heating, air conditioning, television, outdoor parking in the building, barbecue and washing machine.  
  
In the butane gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils and Italian coffee machine are provided.  
  
One bedroom is with double bed and one bedroom is with 2 single beds.  
  
It has a full bathroom with shower.  
  
The veranda is furnished with table and sofa for outside area.
