- Berritta, located on a 30-hectare private property, is an original basalt stone hunting lodge once part of the 15th century feudal property belonging to the Barons of the area. Berritta has been meticulously restored to offer charming accommodations: 2 double bedrooms each with its own beautiful en suite marble baths.Upstairs is a low-ceiling, cozy loft with 3 single beds and 1 marble bath.The bamboo and chestnut ceilings are in the original Sardinia style.The spacious living room has a fireplace, tasteful antique furnishings, a full kitchen and dining area, and spectacular views of the property. In front of the lodge is a basalt stone terrace with teak dining table. In the back there is a garden area with lounge chairs and an enclosed laundry area. Berritta is perfect for getting away from it all even off-season while offering close proximity to the beach and the center of town. Great for beach swimming until late Oct - outdoor activities all year around.
