It features a double bedroom with a complete private bathroom, kitchen, second bathroom, an extra bed and a table with 2 chairs positioned on the balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The house does not have private parking. It is equipped with independent air conditioning and a flat-screen television. It is located on the first floor and requires climbing 2 flights of stairs.
