Apartment with garden in a two-family house; it is equipped with all the comforts with an exclusive garden, a covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining, parking on the property, air conditioning with charge (€ 100 per stay), 3 double rooms (one with private bathroom) 2 bathrooms . Located in a very quiet residential area of Orosei. It is about 2 km from the sea and is a short distance from the center and the points of interest: museum, restaurants, pizzerias and shops, pharmacy. The furniture is new and well maintained.
