The apartment is in a quiet area. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the city center of Orosei on foot. Restaurant, ice cream parlor and shopping all nearby. The beaches of Orosei can be reached by car or bike within a few minutes. Facilities are great, everything you need. The terrace invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable. The hostess is super friendly and various things could be clarified at short notice.

Vermieterin, Loredana, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation über Google-Übersetzer, da wir sehr wenig italienisch sprechen, problemlos und unkompliziert möglich. Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Die Kinder haben ausgiebig den Tischkicker der Ferienwohnung genutzt. 2 Minuten Gehzeit zum Supermarkt, wo es auch frische Brötchen gibt. Kurze Wege auch ins gemütliche Stadtzentrum. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um den Golf von Orosei mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Wunderbare Strände, blaues Wasser abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen sind von hier möglich.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ad Orosei nella settimana centrale di giugno 2024, due adulti e due ragazzi di 16 e 18 anni e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è in una posizione tranquillissima e strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Orosei. La casa ha un ampio, curato e tranquillissimo giardino, con barbecue e spazio relax e tutti i confort di cui si può avere bisogno, inclusa doccia esterna, bici, giochi ecc. L’interno è praticamente nuovo, spazioso e comodo, con due camere, bagno e cucina/soggiorno. Ogni finestra ha le zanzariere ed è protetta dall’esterno, aria condizionata, lavatrice ecc. ecc. La Sig.ra che ci ha ricevuto è stata gentilissima, disponibile e discreta. Se torneremo da queste parti sicuramente proveremo a tornare qui.

Casa in posizione buona, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Orosei. Proprietaria gentile. L'unica nota negativa la non possibilità di usare i condizionatori che comunque erano presenti in casa e dormire è stato quasi impossibile viste le temperature.

Very nice place, good location staying in orosei, and friendly owner. The place doesn’t have internet which it doesn’t say in the listing but, and the address is 13 not 23! Other than that it was clean and very nice, would come back!

Proprietaria molto cordiale che nn fa mancare niente, ambiente molto pulito e ordinato, l'abitazione molto carina con un bellissimo spazio all'aperto con calcetto, caminetto e doccia esterna comodissima per il ritorno dalla spiaggia. Molto vicino al centro e a tanti servizi. Certamente ci tornerei senza ripensamenti.

Super Unterkunft! Sehr nette Besitzerin, kinderfreundlich, sauber und sehr gute Lage Können wir nur empfehlen!! An alle die Ruhe haben wollen und doch schnell in der Stadt sein möchten ist das genau das richtige. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und falls doch etwas fehlt ist der nächste Supermarkt zur Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten viele Fragen vor der Reise, die alle schnell und freundlich beantwortet wurden. Ein riessen Dank dafür an Loredana! Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüsse Christin Marco und Emilio

L'appartamento è situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, quindi molto comodo per raggiungere tutti i servizi. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutti gli accessori. I padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili, ma discreti, ci hanno coccolato fino alla fine del soggiorno. Ci hanno messo a disposizione anche delle biciclette e accolto con prodotti freschi quasi ogni giorno! Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui nella settimana dal 3 al 10 Luglio, 4 persone di cui 2 bambini ; posizione ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Orosei, 5 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia di Osala, 7 minuti dalla marina di Orosei, 300 mt dalla sp125, con la quale si può agevolmente girare le zone limitrofe. Casa molto comoda per 4 persone, molto pulita e funzionale alla vacanza, con menzione particolare per la splendida veranda (dove è possibile mangiare) e per la comodissima doccia esterna. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Super consigliato!!

Wohung und Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet. Ruhige Lage in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstrasse. Mit den Fahrrädern, die man kostenlos leihen kann, braucht man nur 10min zum Strand. In den Ort kann man in wenigen Minuten laufen. Einziger Minuspunkt: In der Ferienwohung gibt es kein WLAN Wer auf Internet nicht verzichten will braucht ein Handy mit Daten-Roaming.
