"Great hotel. Need to upgrade the bedroom TV to Smart Tv. Also there’s no much communication about what attractions are available daily as there’s dancing class etc. we felt like we were not invited in that place. Also the hotel charged me an extra charge of £180 and didn’t explain why. There’s a coffee machine in the room but there’s no coffee or sugar or milk. There’s a very good room service to clean and change towels every day if you want too. Another negative point in that you must by a top up card supplied by the hotel to use in their bar or restaurant which I think it put people off like me as we like freedom to by what we want and not what we’re told. Also the swimming pool has no information about the depth and can be fatal. The garden throughout is amazingly maintained and the whole place is amazing but just not for us. It’s perfect for someone looking for resort indoors activities only. Breakfast could also improve. All services staff were amazing respectful and very friendly. Italians are amazing people. "
"A great stay overall! We especially liked the canyon view from the terrace and the silence that was there most of the time. The main building has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but only one toilet. The kitchen is well equipped. The lights are weak and some poorly placed. There is yet another apartment for two persons below the swimming pool, but it is dark and not well equipped / taken care of. There is also another building in the close neighborhood and on the same access road -- we could hear people talking there easily, so the feeling of privacy wasn't there altogether. What we especially disliked was litter in the garden below the pool, also around the house (less of it) and the owner's request to take all the garbage to a collection place 6km away! There they not only had different operating hours than stated in the house but also didn't observe them so the place was closed even though it shouldn't. The access road is good for any normal car, no need to be afraid. "
"Such a beautiful property in such a beautiful location. It is so peaceful. Lovely pool and surrounding area. The beach is amazing and close by. The property is extremely well cleaned and all of the staff are so helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay here again in the future."
"Everything was really great, the hotel is very clean, staff are polite and friendly, the only think is ( and maybe is a cultural thing I don’t know) is the breakfast service the are soooooo slow to replace the stuff. "
"Impeccable service by the staff. Leader of operations Enrico was phenomenal, professional, always helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was going to be memorable! The Ladies and other staff members were supernice as well. We will be back every year !
Bravo Enrico !!!"
"We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late."
