Semi-enclosed terrace, 2 rooms and parking Simple apartment but with all the comforts, on the beachfront. Direct views of the sea without obstacles. 4th floor with elevator, direct access from garage or portal. 2 rooms, one with a double bed (1'80x1,35) and the other with two twin beds (1'80x90). Bed linen and towels for use during the stay included. Full kitchen with hob, oven, drip coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Full bathroom with bathtub equipped with screen. Community showers at the entrance of the building to rinse the sand before climbing. Semi-enclosed terrace Ducted air conditioning in all rooms. Parking with automatic door, two sets of keys are lent during the stay, one of them with remote control. Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend vorhanden, auch die Waschmaschine ist sehr sinnvoll. Optimal geeignet ist die Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene mit einem maximal 2 Kinder. Las vistas insuperables al mar te relajan cada hora del día, el apartamento lo encontramos muy limpio y con todas las comodidades, cocina completa, dormitorios con sábanas y toallas, salón con buen sofá y televisión,baño bien equipado, terraza con mesa grande y 4 sillas,etc. Aire acondicionado en todo el piso y funciona perfecto. Edificio muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, vecinos amables. Garaje en el mismo edificio q subes directamente al apartamento con el ascensor.
