Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, Internet wifi, smart TV... Un patio muy tranquilo y agradable pero por poner algún comentario negativo, faltaría un rincón para poder separar correctamente los residuos ya que hay suficiente espacio para ponerlo en la cocina o el garaje y los contenedores en la calle están a 20 metros de distancia. No es recomendable si se desea descansar. Por lo demás ubicación relativamente cerca de la playa y muy cerca de mercados.
