You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### ACV - Vistamar II-1ª Linea Planta 1 Norte

Flat in the best beach area, with the terrace facing north to be able to use it morning and evening.  
  
The Vistamar II building is located on the beachfront, just a few metres from the sea and very close to all amenities such as restaurants and the Mercadona supermarket.  
  
The flat has two double bedrooms: one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds; two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower; and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for day to day life.   
  
It includes wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher and a parking space on the ground floor under roof.  
  
The building also has a communal seasonal swimming pool, with a separate bathing area for adults and children and the entire surface of the pool area with grass, parking for bicycles and a children\\'s area with swings and rubber flooring for the youngest members of the family. The swimming pool has artificial grass for greater comfort.
