This charming flat with beautiful views of the coast is located in the Costa Caribe I building, on the second line of the beach. In the surrounding area you will find cafes, restaurants and shops, and about 6 minutes walk from the Mercadona supermarket and Quesada Market, where you will find everything you need.  
The flat has two double bedrooms, a sofa bed for two people, a complete bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with nice views.  
It also includes wifi, air conditioning in the living room and a parking space in the basement.  
The building has a communal seasonal swimming pool, with separate bathing areas for children and adults, a lawn area to rest, parking for bicycles, children's playground and beautiful landscaped communal areas. Access to the floors by stairs or lift.
