It is located in the Costa Azahar I building, on the second line of the beach, but there are no buildings in front of it, so both the views and the way to the beach are clear. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a cafeteria, a shop and on the pavement in front of the building there is a mini market, for the little things of the day to day. In any case, at about 8 minutes walking distance you will find the Mercadona supermarket and the Quesada Market, where you will be able to find everything you need. Also within walking distance are the amusement parks of Marina d\\'Or, so it combines the tranquillity of an uncrowded area during the summer with the proximity of services just a short stroll away. The flat has two double bedrooms, a sofa bed and an extra bed in the living room, so its total capacity is for 7 people, including children. It also has a complete bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, wifi network, air conditioning and a parking space in the basement. The Costa Azahar I building has a communal seasonal swimming pool, with separate bathing areas for children and adults, two playgrounds with swings and rubber flooring for the little ones, parking for bicycles and beautiful landscaped communal areas.
