"Shelly is a great host! Quick to respond and made our stay hassle free. The room includes everything you’ll need and more. From a croc pot to boggie boards! The room was everything we expected and more. The view from the room and balcony was beautiful, we saw dolphins our first night here! Super clean and nicely put together. 10/10 recommend! Great location, not far from Dayton. Family friendly beach. Relax without the crowds!"

"We truly can not express how much we have enjoyed returning each year to this Van Lee 306 Condo. I think maybe our fourth year? We love it! Amazing location, quiet and clean. We all enjoy the washer and dryer. Making it easy on the unpacking at home. The views are spectacular at anytime during the day. We have watched storms, we have filmed many ocean videos from the balcony. It’s handicap accessible via elevator. We did miss the brown chairs in the living room area, but if that’s only a preference, but an opinion. We will continue to return for years to come as long as Dawn and her husband allow us to!"

"It’s a little difficult getting into your room, because the little black box on the door frame it’s hard to open. My friend and I truly enjoyed our bedrooms with bath. Being a little elderly, it would’ve been nice to have a grab bar in the shower. We expected a blow dryer, but one was not provided. We truly enjoyed the view of the ocean front and center. I would truly recommend it to my friends."

"This home is quintessential Old Florida and absolutely amazing! It was perfect for a bachelorette weekend with seven ladies. The beach is just steps away, with sea turtle nests at the entrance. I ran on the beach every morning, and we spent many evenings there—it always felt peaceful, private, and safe.The house is adorable, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved using the beach chairs and umbrellas, hanging out on the cute patio, and the fully equipped kitchen easily handled feeding our group. We rented the extra suite for the bride and maid of honor, where soft robes were waiting. The Caribbean shower was our favorite feature after long beach days, and the coconut-scented body wash made it feel like a tropical resort.We didn’t even have time to enjoy the bocce ball, cornhole, fire pit, or jacuzzi. The hosts were responsive, accommodating, and even let us check in early when one guest arrived ahead of schedule.The only things to note: this is a classic Old Florida home, not a new build, though the interior is beautifully updated. You can hear some road noise, especially from the suite, but it never bothered us.I highly recommend this home for groups and already want to book it again for a family trip. Parking for three SUVs is the cherry on top. Just book it!"

"We absolutely loved staying here for the week. The beach is pretty much in the backyard. We were able to chill at the beach and go back and forth to the house without worrying about packing everything up. The house and yard were perfect. Plenty of space for us to spread out and for our dog to roam. Ginger, our host was fabulous. Our dog somehow locked the deadbolt with us outside, and she was on site within 10 minutes with a key. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Also a shopping center with a Publix that we walked to a few times. Parking could be a little tricky if you have more than 1 vehicle. We were fine as we only had 1. Perfect place to stay to relax on the beach. Family of 4 and our dog were able to stay here comfortably."
