This is our second time staying in the Ormandy. This unit is very comfortable, ocean view, and the view north for miles of A1A along the coast is spectacular. We really like this general location for a month winter break.

This stay was fantastic! The condo was spacious and beautiful and was furnished with everything we could have needed. The views were spectacular. Easy beach access and my boys loved the pool. The restaurants close by were also really good. The building was secure and parking was easy. Our host was communicative and very responsive when I contacted him. We would definitely book again!

Love this condo! My husband and I have stayed at many condos in Ormond Beach and this one, by far, was the best all around! We just had 2 weeks of relaxing here! Checking in could not have been any easier, the owner was so helpful! The condo itself was amazing! Clean, warm and inviting! Everything you could want is here. The balcony was the best place to relax, the outdoor furniture was so comfy, I took several naps listening to the ocean! The view was the best, I loved how far north I could see the beaches! Thanks again to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise, we would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and Beautiful Paradise

We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Great family Spring Break

We had a great week on Orm9nd Beach. Enjoyed the condo right on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was a nice supply of bath and beach towels to use. It was nice to be able to leave oir beach supplies on the ground floor by the car. Facility was very secure. Enjoyed swimming at the pool when the beach was too windy and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. When we had an issue with the internet the owner was very helpful and quick to take action. The top floor clubhouse was also nice to use on occasion to get together with our larger group.

Great views, clean, well stocked. Quiet place, while access is easy, there are a few extra steps involved in a place like this. Elevator to garage, to exit door, to pool/beach gate (need to carry key fobs for accessing various areas). So, while it is oceanfront/on the ocean, it does take a few minutes to get there :). We kept our beach chairs & such in the back of the Jeep in the parking garage which made things easier. There are carts & such to bring groceries up located in the garage area and extra parking on the top level if you have more than one car. The balcony area does pool after a rain, so we weren’t able to use it as much as we hoped on the last few days with the weather we experienced. The host was very responsive.They do supply initial things such as dish & washer pods, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper- if you tend to use a lot of these, bring extra! We had plenty for our stay.

Sunset was visible off to the left/river view, sunrise wasn’t as visible as it seemed to rise behind us.

The condo was great. It did have more security but some of the doors were hate to open with your hands full . We came for the beach , we are in our 70’s and found it hard to walk on this beach . This has nothing to do with the condo, the view was great from the balcony and we love sitting on it. We have always enjoyed walks and being in the ocean but the beach here was hard to walk on and the ocean floor was very uneven, lots of dips . Over all a good week.

Very nice place to rest and relax. Away from the busyness of Daytona beach area. Was looking for a recliner because that was in the pictures, but didn’t have one. Was disappointed in that as I have back and leg problems. Water was turned off one day from 8:30 until 2:30, but wasn’t a big deal to us. They gave us plenty notice before they did it. The view was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed that for sure. Had everything we needed provided. Nice week for us.

Awesome unit and view

We’ve been coming to the Ormandy every summer for over 10 years. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit of the Ormandy, and will gladly come back. I love the security of gated, underground, assigned parking, direct access to the beach from the garage near the pool & bathroom. The unit is comfortable and welcoming. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach and sun set over the Halifax river in comfortable chairs. The owner is extremely responsive. The tv wasn’t working and he had the cable company out there in a couple hours! A great beach get away.
