**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**

The fireplace is decorative and non-operational.

Guests are responsible for replenishing propane for the BBQ grill if needed.

We understand accidents happen! Please notify us promptly of any damage or maintenance concerns during your stay so we can address them quickly. Guests may be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear in accordance with Airbnb's applicable policies.

A separate Short-Term Rental Agreement containing our house rules and property-use guidelines will be emailed after booking. Guests are asked to review the agreement and reply by email acknowledging and accepting its terms. No physical signature is required.

For everyone's safety, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. There are no indoor cameras.
