This is probably the nicest motel I have ever stayed at. I especially appreciate the gardens and planting throughout the property, and a quiet room despite being near a busy intersection.

The Breakfast muffins were fresh baked every morning. A/c Heat unit worked great. Place was just perfect and the owners could not have been nicer or more acomodating. Will go back again and again.

Wonderful lodging.

The rooms are totally updated and very clean. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for your visit to the area. Seems that everyone who was there was a recurring visitor. Will definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Orleans! It was incredibly clean, spacious room, new bathroom and really lovely owners. The home made muffins in the morning were wonderful. I highly recommend this motel!!
