No frills apartment in quiet part of town.

The Odalys was perfectly situated for our stay as we were based at the ice rink which is only 1 street away. The room was pleasant, the bed relatively comfortable although only one pillow each. The self catering facilities were adequate for our needs, however there was only one drinking glass and the table was very wobbly. Overall it was good, and was what we expected for the price: no frills, clean accommodation.

The staff is incredibly nice ...the room is big with super bathroom. Yet, there's no air-conditioning which I knew that, so, no complaining. I had to move the bed to get something that fell ...not clean at all. So, if that didn't happen...it looked so clean...bathroom, etc. The fridge was super clean. Most important, I booked early and had an unbelievable low price. A bit far from the center for those who don't like to walk. Overall...sooooo nice .

Charged for cleaning, charged for not cleaning.

There was a sign in the kitchen asking that you clean your dishes before leaving, or there will be an additional charge. There were no cleaning supplies in the apartment. I was told at reception I could purchase a cleaning kit for €4 so that I could clean my dishes, in order to avoid being charged for not cleaning my dishes. Any complaints have to be put in writing and sent to their office in Paris by registered post.

Bonjour, vous êtes la honte de l’hôtellerie, j’ai réservé par erreur un séjour chez vous, 3 mois en amont, j’ai essayé de me faire rembourser, par la plate-forme de réservation et essayé de vous contacter pour régler ce problème sans succès, étouffé vous bien avec cette somme, plus jamais je ne passerais par votre chaîne hôtelière, et je ne manquerai pas de faire votre pub, passer une agréable mauvaise journée

Location prise surtout pour sa localisation. Les photos sont très belles sur le site mais en vrai, les chambres sont vétustes. Les murs sont sales, et beaucoup de choses abîmées. Le matelas était dur et affaissé au milieu. Le ménage laisse à désirer (ex: interrupteurs sales). Sûrement dû à un manque de temps par chambre pour le personnel. Parking payant à 10€ la journée. Conclusion: Le prix est trop cher par rapport à la qualité du lieu.

Incompétence du personnel

Impossible de joindre l'accueil en cas de problèmes apres la fermeture, aucun numéros d'urgence Nous avions réserver/payer une place numero 25 de parking qui a été réservé a quelqu'un d'autre en meme temps ! Imaginez avec notre utilitaire (nous ne pouvons pas nous garer partout, gros gabarit) Aucun remboursement, aucun geste Seul dans notre galere le soir ! Nous avons par miracle retrouver la personne qui s'était garé sur la place et elle a pu se garer ailleurs.. Ils veulent que l'ont fasse notre vaisselle mais aucune emponge ! Impossible dallez acheter ce qu'il fallais pour faire la vaisselle car nous rentrons trop tard ! Aucun balais dans notre studio non plus (un seau , une serpillière mais sans manche) Il faisais très chaud , aucun ventilateur la premiere nuit , nous avons du le réclamer a la deuxième nuit !

Le matelas est pourrit, déformé, mousse écrasée. Deux nuits horrible. Toile d’araignée dans la salle de bain, elle ne peut pas être enlevé…il n’y a pas de lumière au dessus du miroir de la sdb. Le parking est payant !! Pas écrit sur le site 20€ de plus. Petit dej fade sans saveur, crêpes surgelées pané cake aussi …. Bref , je sais pourquoi je préfère aller autour d’Orléans d’habitude.
