"Overall the Grove was nice, although id say it felt short of my expectations based on reviews and pictures. The property is difficult to get around. It’s like a maze, and I’m an active dad. If you have little ones, elderly, or someone with disabilities it will be a challenge navigating the resort. The food at the bar was poor, the drinks were very expensive ($7+ for my kids Shirley temple). The pools were nice but only a few were heated. The water park is nice, a bit crowded and felt a tad dirty, but we enjoyed it. I thought the rooms were nice and spacious enough for our group. The wave machine is awesome and the guys teaching it were super nice. I can’t say I’d go back here unless it was a great deal. "

"Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Rosen Inn on International Drive in Orlando. The room had multiple roaches, at one point they were coming out one after another. This is not a minor issue, it’s a serious cleanliness and health concern that no guest should ever have to deal with. On top of that, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, showing a complete lack of basic maintenance and room inspection before assigning it to guests. It’s extremely disappointing that a hotel would allow rooms in this condition to be occupied. This reflects very poorly on the management and overall standards of the property. I have documented everything and will be escalating this to corporate, as this stay did not meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly recommend others think twice before booking here until these issues are properly addressed."

"Absolutely loved it here! We didn’t want to go home, and found no need to leave the resort. We got exactly what we wanted, pure relaxation and beautiful weather. Everyone from the guests to staff were extremely friendly. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Todo lindo hotel limpio mucha diversión para los niños me encanta el detalle de entrar a volcano bay temprano y ir a pie es una linda experiencia. El personal del hotel atento y carismático. Gracias a la Hauskiping no la vi ni la conocí pero tuvo el detallazo de arreglar la cama de mis niñas colocando todos los días su muñequito de bluey que dejaba tirado . Gracias la niña y yo lo agradecemos muchísimo. A ella le gustaba llegar de los parques y ver su muñequito acostado yo esperándola . ❤️❤️"
