Featuring a private splash pool, modern amenities, and sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, this home combines comfort with convenience. Enjoy resort-style perks like a heated Olympic pool, fitness center, theater, and sports courts. Relax after a fun-filled day at the parks in your own cozy retreat.

Living & Dining Area:
Gather in the cozy family room with comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, cable, and a DVD player. Adjacent is the dining area with a table that seats 5, perfect for family meals or planning your next adventure.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Cook with ease in the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware, cutlery, and crockery you’ll need for delicious homemade meals.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and clock radio.
- Downstairs Master Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and clock radio.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ensuite bathroom, TV, and clock radio.

Private Splash Pool & Patio:
Unwind in your private screened splash pool with conservation views. The patio includes seating for outdoor relaxation. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $35 per night plus tax and must be requested 7 days before your arrival.

Just a short walk to the clubhouse, you'll have access to Windsor Palms' incredible features:

- Pool Heat: $35 per night plus tax, must be arranged 7 days prior to arrival

- Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed inside or outside the home.

Great place for family of four

Stayed at Windsor Palm townhouse for a week with husband and two adult children. Really liked having 3 bathrooms. The place was as advertised, except the ‘Micky’ room does not have the bedspreads and shower curtain seen in the photos. Fine for us, but may be disappointing for a child. The clubhouse amenities were great as we used the gym and hot tub a few times during our stay.

We loved our stay

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in August 2024 and thought the bouse was great. The location was perfect, both Windsor Palms iand the h\ouse within the resort, private and not overlooked We only did the Disney theme parks on this trip, and could easily be driving into Disney property in 16 mins.. We travelled as a family of 4 and the house was just right for us. We enjoyed the pool which was briliant to cool off after a hot day. The home was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and we're love to stay again!

Lovely Stay!

Great location and resort amenities! Townhome was equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Loved the welcome bag with dish soap, laundry detergent,& dishwasher tabs. Super nice touch! Location could use a deep cleaning, as there was dust throughout and hair in the upstairs bathrooms. Overall it’s great rental and close to all the Orlando attractions!

Great Place to stay for Disney

Enjoyed staying at this 3 bed 3 bath condo. Was close to Disney. Was close to a Walmart were we did our shopping. Tip - go first thing in the morning when they open, otherwise it is very busy the rest of the day. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Spacious condo

Spacious condo! Family was in Orlando for a volleyball tournament. Everyone enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. Laundry was great to wash jerseys.

Well appointed and clean property in a convenient location.

We found this property to be clean and well appointed and in a very convenient location for the Disney Parks. The neighbourhood was quite and well maintained. The only slight negative was the pool area where several of the bricks in the floor were loose and could benefit from a little TLC. Other than this the property was excellent.

I really enjoyed our stay at Windsor palms the townhouse with the private pool. It was 15 min away from Disney and not far from the outlets. The only issue I had was there wasn't a can opener or pizza cutter and the bathroom and shower had hair in them. Other than that I loved it and will be returning !

Girls Getaway weekend

Condo was exactly how it appeared in the pictures. Located in a lovely complex and easy to navigate. The store located on property was a bonus - didn't need too much for a short trip and it saved us a trip to the grocery store! Attendant in the store was super nice too! The starter packet of cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper appreciated. The book in the condo had lots of great details and instructions. Everything in the condo was in working order, clean, and organized! Beautiful home!
