Our home is designed for families and groups looking to relax, unwind, and make the most of every minute of their Orlando vacation.

Spacious Open-Concept Living:
The bright, open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and family room, making it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
• Drip coffee maker, kettle, and Keurig coffee maker
• Stainless steel appliances
• Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top range
• Pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Spacious breakfast bar seating

The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, and two separate lounge areas give everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Comfortable & Flexible Bedroom Layout:
Six bedrooms across the home, the layout works especially well for families, couples, and multigenerational groups:
• 2 King Bedrooms – each with a private en-suite bathroom
• 1 Queen Bedroom – conveniently located on the FIRST FLOOR
• 2 Twin Bedrooms – great for kids or additional guests
• 1 Bunk Room – featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed

Every bedroom has its own streaming TV, so everyone can relax with their favorite shows at the end of the day.

• Complimentary propane BBQ grill (propane levels are not guaranteed, and guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the tank if needed)

**Optional Pool Heat — $35 per day**
Make your pool time more comfortable with our heated pool upgrade! Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day and, if selected, must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know before arrival if you’d like to add this option.

Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions; a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.

While guests staying in communities farther away may still be navigating Orlando traffic and I-4, you can already be back at the house — relaxing by your private pool, enjoying the lake view, or settling in for a family movie night.

We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing stay while being respectful of our home and the Windsor Hills community.
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Maximum vehicles: 3 cars
• No parties or events
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home
• Community quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Exterior security cameras are in use around the property
• Driver license required to enter community, and guest list required before arrival
• Early arrival/late check-out may be available, but is not guaranteed, please inquire
