We can coordinate a Barbeque propane grill rental, by request, with a 3rd party partner. \* The rental charge is $20/day (minimum charge of $100) This fee covers delivery and pickup, propane and cleaning. \* Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own BBQ grill. The watersides at the public pool were enjoyed by all. The pool in the backyard was perfect and used everyday. Make sure to pay for the heating if you visit in the winter. Everything was clean and the host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Sometimes the front door doesn’t latch shut so we just made sure to always lock it. ##### Mackenzie d. All of the tables were set (like a model home), which posed a little bit of an issue when sitting down for meals, but we moved the dishes around to make room to eat. The pool was great. Scott was extremely helpful and very responsive as this was our first time to Florida. First class host and cannot wait to book it again. The gated neighborhood is safe and was very quiet during our stay. Child friendly but it was also a perfect location for our group of only adults to relax. We liked that there were no bunk beds and everyone got their own bathroom. The home is on a very low traffic street near the back of the neighborhood, it has a bigger lot than many allowing more privacy in the backyard. The location is just a few minutes from Animal Kingdom. Communication with the owner was great and we would highly recommend staying here. ##### Eydie P. It has 3 bedrooms on main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. All with en-suite bathrooms. Very nice screened in pool and a nice green area with a beautiful large tree behind the house with space so that it doesn’t look directly onto backyard neighbors. The house has a garage that was converted into a “play” room with skeet ball and a pool table. We traveled with adult children and grandchildren who enjoyed the house on our “off” days. The Windsor Hills resort is a gated, guarded community. The kids also enjoyed the common pool and the water park and slides. And importantly, a big shout out to owner, Scott, who answered my many questions pretty much immediately. Overall great experience and would highly recommend this home and the super responsive owner. ##### Maria M. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. We utilized the garage / games the most. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast both mornings.
