- Our property managers have been in the holiday rental industry for a combined 25-plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority.

- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.
- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.

- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen, signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses, including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitised home.

- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry-leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitise all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers between each stay.

- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation, it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on the property.
 
- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don’t ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick up, turn off all lights and TVs, and lock the patio and front doors. That’s it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing, you are still on holiday.

Storey Lake Resort is a gated holiday rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are holiday rentals and are individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the community's HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time, and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance with this policy could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund provided.

Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or caravans to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time.

A second amenity centre, THE BRONSON CLUB, located at The Cove East, is now fully operational since the end of 2022.

Guests enjoy full access to the condo, a pool area in front of the building, and resort amenities, including The Hideaway Club and The Bronson Club with heated pools, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, sports courts, fitness centre, and more. Some activities, like mini-golf and kayak rentals, require a fee. Pavements and footbridges over the lakes throughout for daily running, jogging or walking.

Unlike many apartments that require shared or outdoor laundry, this condo has a washing machine and dryer inside the unit. You can enjoy the comfort and convenience of doing laundry privately during your stay.

Best reached by car. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available. Free resort golf cart shuttles to and from the clubhouses. Orlando International Airport is ~25 minutes away.

No Pets

Parking: Apartment-style parking in front of the property, first come, first served.

No Smoking Indoors (smoking permitted outdoors only, proper disposal required). $250 fee for violations.

Toilet Use: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush nappies, baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, cotton buds, or trash of any kind. Please dispose of these items in the trash bin provided.
If a toilet becomes clogged due to prohibited items being flushed, the guest may be charged a $150 fee or the actual plumbing/service cost required to clear the blockage, whichever applies.

Storey Lake quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am;

Boats, Caravans, Utility Vehicles, and RVs are prohibited from being parked and/or stored at any property at any time. Guests must make other arrangements to store and/or park the stated vehicles off the property.
