All doors and windows must be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Guests will be responsible for any repairs required because of extreme temperature settings. MAINTENANCE: All guests must maintain the upkeep of the property and all furnishings. The property should be kept in the same condition as initially received. Upon arrival, guests are asked to inspect the property and report any noticeable damage/malfunctions to the property manager. Do not move any furniture. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Guests will be charged if any flushed products clog the septic system. Guests will receive a partial refund in a registered booking for unused days. b. Guests will be refunded for any advanced payments collected/deposited for a registered booking scheduled to begin during a broadcasted mandatory evacuation. PETS: Pets are only allowed on the property when arrangements are made before arrival and authorization is received. Guests assume full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet(s) to the home or its content. No Exceptions. Special accommodations can be arranged for Service Animals. OCCUPANCY: By Florida law, guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy rate listed for each property (including infants and children). Its a nice location close to attractions but not too busy. Perfect spot for our tournament. Well appointed with supplies. Beds really do need to be improved. I’d consider coming back for our tournament next year, but would only do so if the beds were replaced. Thin mattresses and the springs jabbing me were very uncomfortable. ##### Reid N. The owner has not furnished any box springs or platform bed bases on ANY of the beds, so each spring mattress is unsupported on frame, causing each soft mattress to sag into the 3-4 ft gaps between frame boards. In addition, each bed is about shin height off the floor, as missing the box springs. I ended up sleeping on the couch to save my back after the first night. ##### Daina b.
