Spacious 4th floor modern corner condo. Next to EPIC Universe, Universal Studio’s new theme park. Minutes to the other theme parks and you can walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions.

A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.

THE SPACE
Open-plan living room with comfortable seating area and 55" Smart TV offers unobstructed views to distant downtown Orlando. A dining area is just off the fully-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you might need for a quick breakfast to dinner for 6. There is also additional seating at the bar so the cook can chat with family and friends.

BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 2 spacious king bedrooms with plush, pillow-top mattresses plus a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Your Vista Cay is a small, friendly & professional management company. We are based on Vista Cay Resort and always available to assist you. We aim to make your stay the best possible, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any needs you may have before or during your stay. This is your home away from home and we hope you'll be relaxed, comfortable and leave with great memories of your time with us.

We manage several properties on Vista Cay Resort. So, if the property you are interested in is not available for your dates, please send us an inquiry, so that we can send you the other listings that we do have available.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to come and go. We went for a volleyball and could easily catch an Uber to the convention center from our rental. We could even walk to the convention center if we wanted. It was quiet and the grounds were clean. The two pools were really nice. The gated community felt safe and we always had parking spots to choose from. Everything was super handy like Publix, chic fila and tons of things to do. The kitchen was great too. It just needed some glass baking dishes for the oven. Other than that it was perfect!

Volleyball & Relaxing

This is our 3rd time staying in a Vista Cay condominium. during the Girls National Volleyball tournament. The condo was well kept, nicely furnished, and clean. The only negative would be that it was a little farther from the main pool than our condo from last year. All in all, it is a great place to stay :)

Fabulous and Above Expectations

Stayed in Orlando for National Volleyball tournament. My daughter and I shared with another mom and daughter. It was clean, it was modern, it was stocked with a small supply of necessities and amenities. Loved the location being close to main pool and clubhouse. Will definitely book for next year.

Just what we needed

We stayed at the apartment whilst we visited Universal Studios. It was easy to get to the parks from this location by taxi. Uber & Lyft were cheap so we didn't hire a car.The Apartment had a decent amount of space and all beds were large and comfortable. We only went to the pool briefly but it was nice and the onsite shop was handy for buying a few basics. Lin was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

Best Option in Orlando - Lin and team deliver over and above.

Lin (and her husband) and the Vista Kay team were FABULOUS to work with. I cannot say enough about their service, professionalism and room quality. I met Lin this April, when I rented 11 separate condos with the Vista Kay team for 32 employees we brought to a work conference at the Orlando Convention Center. From beginning to end, we could not have had a better experience. Lynn sent us a series of options of her favorite condos – making better recommendations than we ever would have. Once we made our selections, she sent us updates and excel sheets to track the check-in dates, and bent over backwards to support us, including sending emails to each condo with local information and check-in details, and even letting me pre-ship material to her office. Then, on the day of check in she was there to personally ensure everyone got into their condos. Lin and the whole Vista Kay experience was truly five-star - organized, professional and responsive. Our team included pretty senior sales people and executives, all of whom are pretty demanding (or needy) – all of whom had terrific things to say about the Vista Kay service. The condos themselves were immaculate. The furniture and appliances were modern, the beds were plush, and entire place was so clean you could eat off the floor. I only saw the pool and the walking paths from a distance, but a few people went in, and found them very relaxing. (And, finally, when some of the team inevitably left their keys or phone chargers in the condo, Lynn mailed them back to the team herself.) If you are heading to an event at the Conference Center – or just visiting Orlando in general, Vista Kay is probably the best option you can come up with. We looked around a lot, and chose Vista Kay for the overall look and feel of the place, all of which made sense. We will return to Vista Kay when the conference does for a different reason – Lin and her team exceeded our expectations at every turn, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Excellent Holiday Accomodation

Not far from Orlando Airport the Vista Cay Condo was very easy to find with good parking. Home from home it was very spacious, comfortable & nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen & modern bathrooms. The pool, toddler pool & hot tub were to a high standard with loungers, tables & chairs where one could relax & also buy drinks & snacks from the bar area. There is a supermarket minutes away to buy provisions as well as a pizza take-away & other outlets. The condo is central to all the Disney Parks, Aquatica & Discovery Cove. The condo provides a quiet relaxing environment ideal after a long day at the Parks or at the shopping malls. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment when visiting Orlando & hope to revisit soon.

Brilliant holiday accommodation

We stayed in the condo in July/August 2016 and it was perfect for our holiday needs. The condo itself is modern, spacious, nicely furnished and well-equipped with anything you would need. It was lovely and clean on arrival and is well-maintained. It is lovely to arrive at your holiday accommodation and it looks even better than the photographs! The condo is in a quiet yet very convenient location with good parking. The pool area is ideal for relaxing and for young families with a toddler pool and a larger pool. There are lots of loungers and a hot tub for relaxing in at the end of the day. The bar at the pool is great for grabbing a drink or snack too. The supermarket literally a few minutes away enabled us to get all our holiday food and there is a pizza take-away, subway and dunkin donuts nearby too. The condo is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the Disney parks, Seaworld or Universal. Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica are less than 5 minutes away. Universal is approx ten minutes and the Disney Parks approx 15-20 minutes to the car park areas. We found it great to be able to return to the condo out of the Disney parks so that we could relax in our own environment. We would highly recommend the condo to anyone visiting Orlando and hope to use this accommodation when we next visit.

Extremely nice condo

The condo was extremely nice and the location was awesome. Geoff and Lin are very responsive to any requests. I will definitely stay here again when in Orlando. The pool area in the resort is also very nice. One of the better condos we have ever stayed in.

Fabulous Apartment and Perfect Location

We had a really good time at Vista Cay, great pool area with a heated pool and gym. The apartment was clean, spacious and of a very high standard. Lin the property manager was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal with a large super market just 2 minutes away and a huge selection of restaurants only 5. Perfectly located for the attractions and Disney, it is going to be hard to find a better condo in Orlando.
