YOLO House is the Ultimate 6 bed 4 bath Villa where the magic starts minutes from Disney World theme parks and many major Florida attractions.

As a high end luxury villa you also qualify for free wristbands for unlimited access to the on site waterpark and clubhouse on every booking. So you can use the waterpark, lagoon pool and large spa as often as you want.

YOLO House is conveniently located on the renowned lakeside of Daulby Street in the Windsor Hills Resort allowing our guests to enjoy panoramic views of the conservation and lake whilst basking in the Florida sunshine and in the evening they can enjoy panoramic views.

YOLO House is 300 metres from the Clubhouse and Waterpark and only about 10 minutes’ drive to Walt Disney World making it the perfect choice for discerning guests who want maximum luxury and convenience from their vacation home.

Outdoor Pool & Lanai: We have an East facing pool view which means you will enjoy the sun most of the day but also a good amount of shade in the lanai making it comfortable for Al Fresco dining. whilst relaxing in deep seated chairs ; tables and loungers in the Florida sunshine.

We have no rear neighbours and as our house is on an elevated plot so you can enjoy open and tranquil views.

March Break

We had a wonderful experience at the YOLO house! Place was exactly as described and had everything we needed to set us up for a great stay. The patio was amazing! We spent most of our time enjoying the pool, hot tub and warm weather.

Great place for a family vacation

Communication before arriving was very smooth as was the check in process. We loved the extra space around the pool and hot tub. Great place to stay with our group of 8. We will be back!!

We loved this house. It had everything we needed. The pool deck was spacious and the Tiki Bar was a great add on. We had a few hiccups on check-in but it was all handled quickly. Highly recommended

Friends and Family

Perfect stay for our 3 families ranging from kids 10 to 18yrs. The pool area is one of kind in this area. If you like sitting outdoors in evenings with lights, pool, hot tub, couch and TV if place is perfect. All bathrooms are renovated and games room is perfect. Kids spent a lot of time at the pool house Our friends also rented house next door so it was just a perfect vacation. We will be back.

Great House and Perfect Location

The house was perfect for our stay. Upon arrival everything was clean and in perfect working order. Property Manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very easy to get around and visit the various parks. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting this area.

Best stay ever

We have stayed in Windsor Hills before, but this house was the BEST we have stayed in. The home was clean, open, and an ideal set-up. The main floor set-up was perfect for spending time together. Each room was beautifully decorated and not over crowded with furniture.

We loved the house and the space, we loved the location from house to clubhouse we could walk. The pool and hot tub was nice to come back to and relax in. Everyone was super friendly and nice. We definitely will be back and everything was true as advertised.

A very nice place to stay

The yolo house is a very nice house to stay in when in Kissimmee. Close to all the main roads, supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. Gated community, therefore safe. Close to Disney. Great pool and spa. Lots of space for everyone. Every room has a TV including the patio. Gameroom very nice.

Perfect for a family 13

The house was exactly all we had expected from the pictures. Very spacious for a family of 13 and the outdoor setup with the pool and the tiki bar was icing on the cake. My 6 years old autistic son absolutely loved the pool. Sam was very responsive to any questions we had. We also ran into the property manager during our stay and he was very nice and welcoming. Perfect location conveniently located to all the Disney parks and all of your other entertainment needs from shopping to dining. This will definitely be our go to the next time we’re in Florida.

We had such a great time. The YOLO House was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our time there. There was an incident with a very rude security guard at the gate on one of our last nights there. Other than that my family enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others

This house is as advertised! It’s a step above most of the other houses in the neighborhood as it’s bigger and the extra space in the pool area leaves room for dining outside and relaxing. The Tiki bar is also a home run! We had no issues and Sam answered the couple of questions I had immediately. We would definitely return!

Yolo house was stunning . The children yelled with joy when they saw their mickey mouse and star war rooms. The tiki bar is lovely. The game room was used well as was the pool. Fabulous Yolo House

Would highly recommend staying at Yolo House.... Excellent communication from Sam, the owner, prior to arrival. Property beautifully maintained. Fantastic location for all parks. YOLO has it all!

Top notch in every way. We lacked nothing at YOLO-everything we needed/wanted was there for our multi-generational group, including baby/toddler gear, fully stocked kitchen, televisions, laundry, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful en suites, games room, and spacious living areas. The outdoor area far exceeded our expectations. The outdoor living space is huge compared to other homes we saw on our street. We had sun into late afternoon & the pool, bar, lounges makes you feel like you are at an all-inclusive!

Great stay

Overall the stay and experience was fantastic! There were a couple small surprises when we arrived (ice maker did not work, no laundry detergent, etc) but these were very easy fixes with a quick trip to the community clubhouse. Sam was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The home was very clean, the pool was fantastic to have. There are many TV's so no matter who is there, people can watch what they'd like at any time. The location is also fantastic as everything you need is close by. We would certainly stay at this home again and recommend it.
