The house itself was great. We were a party 7, 3 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room. Convenient location, 15 minutes from Disney and 30 from universal. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the cleanliness of lack there of. The master bathroom had a floater in the toilet when we got there and several boogers were wiped on the walls and other surfaces, that's pretty gross.

Overall everything was EXCELLENT. We loved the property. The rental process was simple. The theater room was a favorite! The only complaint was that we had to change the sheets and some towels right away because there was some hair. I think that could be an easy fix with a double check by the cleaning crew! Otherwise everything was great.

Our military family (active duty & veterans) met up for a week of hanging out. The house was really nice and in a perfect location. It was true to the photos online. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. The property management company was absolutely outstanding. Whenever we sent a text, they responded immediately. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Accommodation

The property is just as described. Spacious, modern, clean and home from home. There were 10 of us in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet place to stay but within around 20 minutes of the Disney Parks.

We loved this property. The layout was so open and nice. The decor was perfect. We felt so comfy in this place. The only complaint is that during the heat of the summer, the air can only go down to 72 so it can be warm during the night for those of us who are used to lower ac :) the owner was very responsive and we definitely plan to come back!

Spacious home which fit our large group well. The neighborhood was conveniently located and the location felt very safe. We noticed in a past review that some basic amenities were well stocked but we did wish we would have had more (lacked paper towels, cooking basics like salt/pepper/cooking spray). Two of the extra fans we tried to use at night rattled significantly and were therefore essentially not usable. Beds were comfortable but pillows were a little flat across the board. Common areas were super open and comfortable. Home was clean and fit our needs, we hope to return next year!

Exactly what we needed

Great stay. It was worth getting the heated spa/pool, we were in it every day. The kitchen is well stocked - if you plan on making most of your meals at home like we did, I would recommend grabbing a cutting board and items for leftovers (ziplocks for example) - everything else was there. The kids loved the movie theater. House comes with more basic amenities that I have had in other locations (like dishwasher soap and papertowels), though that may hve been from the previous tenants. Would stay again.

For the most part, our stay was wonderful. There were little things like the fact that the pool didn’t get cleaned for two days and there were ants two of the room little baby ones, but I also know that that’s some things that you can’t control when you are in that type of environment Was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was there and efficient overall would stay again no major issues management was kind and got back to us quickly.
