Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great you’re able to walk to theme parks and have express passes.

It was very quiet. Couldn't here any noise while sleeping. The water taxi was a nice way to get to the parks.

Great property. Close enough to Islands and the Studios to walk. Also with included bus and boat transport. Pool is lovely. Nice comfy rooms. And even better Express Pass which now includes Hagrid’s Motorcycle ride-the next rollercoaster there.

The customer service was excellent. From the front desk, to the valet. All the staff was top tier. Samuel the front desk manager was so helpful. Everyone was incredibly nice and polite.
