We arrived at 6:30 am and the front desk upgraded us to the park view, plus the room was ready and we didn’t have to store our luggage! Really beautiful at night! Access to the park was great. Pool was beautiful! Next time I will get two nights.

Stay here the night before and after your Epic Universe visit. It is worth the splurge! Or stay longer with teenagers and the can come and go to the park. Get a room with a park view and watch the nightly park show from your room.

Friendly, helpful staff from front desk to servers to theme park security to housekeeping. Grand Helios is extremely convenient for visiting the Epic park and just a 15 minute trip via their busses from City Walk and the other Universal Parks!

Our experience at Helios was a great one. From friendly and welcoming staff to the clean rooms. The service was always fast and friendly. Our room was facing the park and what a treat that was. We were able to watch the spectacular light show at night from the room. And you can see the entire park from there. We love all hotels on all the park properties but Helios was very nice because there was no walk or ride to the park. We literally stepped right outside and we were there. If we visit Epic again we will definitely stay there.
