Great Location for Universal Theme parks

Posted 05-Feb-2016
Pros: Great Location Comfy beds Close food Water Taxi
Cons: Bad experience -"The Kitchen" restaurant. Server took 20 min to ask for a drink order, went to a table seated after us first, had to flag down to pay.
Location: Great for Cat Walk, Universal, and other theme parks in area.
Really enjoyed how close it was to the main events. Great quick breakfast on the go. Rooms were sometimes loud with guests going through the halls at night, but overall very pleasing. Note that if you are checking in later at night when the lobby turns in to a club it is almost impossible to hear the front desk agent, but this noise did not travel up to our rooms :)

Nice hotel in walking distance to Universal

Posted 04-Feb-2016
Pros: Proximity to Universal, nice atmosphere
Cons: Price
Location: Perfect location next to Universal
Great hotel, expensive, but worth it if you are going to Universal and get the Express passes. It was a little chilly for swimming but the pool looked great.

Great hotel! Thumbs up for sure. The only thing missing was a balcony which the hotel doesn't offer. Other than that perfect!!!

Hard Rock Orlando

Posted 27-Jan-2016
Pros: Location
The hotel is in a good location however the price you pay for it, it should be. I asked for our washing line to be replaced as it was broken and did not work but unfortunately this did not happen. Shuttle to Universal at night could be a bit hit and miss, if nobody is coming back from City Walk, we were told it may not come to the hotel, this is part of the package! Overall stay good

Trip of a lifetime!

Posted 24-Jan-2016
Pros: Cleanliness of rooms, knowledgeable staff and exceptional service--even for room service!
Cons: More cashiers in breakfast cafe to handle the early birds going to the parks.
Location: We stepped out one night away from the parks and enjoyed a Pirates Dinner Theater. My boys aged 10 and 16 enjoyed this very much!
This trip was a whirlwind for the boys and I! Our accommodations were outstanding as well as the service and staff. Hotel restaurants had variety based on what our plans were from grabbing a quick breakfast to having a sit down steak dinner! The real deal is the quick que passes that were included in our hotel cost! The lines can be long at Universal and these moved us up to the front of the lines so the limited time we were on our vacation we were able to make the MOST of it thanks to Hard Rock Cafe Hotel! We also took a taxis to other events in Orlando; which was easy to arrange and e were met with the most professional service! We can' t wait to return someday!

Hotel show de bola

Posted 20-Jan-2016

Nice in-park hotel at Universal studios

Posted 16-Jan-2016
Pros: The scent from the hotel lobby is amazing
I've only stayed at Lowe's royal pacific hotel in universal studios. But this time I've gave a shot to hard rock hotel. It was worth a shot =) really nice and comfortable. Also this hotel was even closer to universal studio park! I will definitely revisit this hotel if I have chance.

Bel hôtel idéalement situé

Posted 14-Jan-2016
