Excellent hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities were great. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at cabana Bay! Literally didn’t have to leave the resort if u don’t want to. The property had to pools a lazy river bowling alley arcade Starbucks, and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to come back.

Our experience was amazing! The property was beautiful and clean and the rooms were also. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was top tier and definitely a determining factor as my family and I choosing to stay at this hotel in the future. Was here 5yrs ago and wanted to return and the stay was wonderful. Kids are older so a lot was done. Bayliner food was ok breakfast was better.. Not sure if I will stay here again everything like restaurants and shops was so far not walking distance and eating everyday there was pricey or door dashing isn’t worth it.. Shuttles were nice to city walk and volcano bay was great. 👍

I like the property, the lazy river was great, being able to walk to volcano bay was great. Food selections was good, the morning chef at the omelet center was amazing! Only 1 staff at the back bar near the pool, was very rude to me, and she was talking about me and the question I asked to another coworker, which I thought was rude. I asked the question because I didnt know the answer, she was rude to answer and then to talk about me like I wasnt sitting at the bar was not ok. This friday the 10th during the day Overall had a great time and will be back

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were super helpful with extending our stay and linking the reservations. The property was clean and well maintained. Was not aware of having to pay $26 a day to park on the property. I was also looking forward to the lazy river but was also not aware that we had to pay for a tube to float. The tubes were reasonably priced but you can also bring your own tubes. This might have been something I overlooked in the hotel write up just a fair warning to others looking to stay here

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Cabana Bay Beach Resort over the July 4th weekend. The resort has a fun retro vibe, was clean, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. One of the biggest perks was the easy walk to Volcano Bay. Having Early Park Admission made the experience even better, allowing us to get into the water park before the crowds. Being able to walk directly to the park was incredibly convenient and one of the reasons we enjoy staying at Cabana Bay. The only suggestion I have is regarding the dining options. While the food was decent, it was quite expensive for the quality. It tasted more like preheated cafeteria-style food than freshly prepared meals. Improving the freshness and overall quality of the food would make the dining experience match the excellent standard of the resort. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying at Cabana Bay again, especially for the convenience, value, and easy access to Volcano Bay.

When we arrived they routed cars away from the loading/unloading zone at the front lobby and instead made us park in the garage and drag our luggage all the way back to the lobby to check-in. Then we waited in line for over a hour in a very long line for check-in. The staff was friendly once we got to the desk but didn’t know info about the Universal parks even though it was a Universal hotel. The rep directed us to wait in another line to talk to concierge about any park info. Luckily that line was short and she was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast sandwiches were terrible. The shuttle to CityWalk and the parks was easy to use. The room was very basic but clean.
