Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. The first-floor master ensuite offers a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite on the upper floor features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room adds a sectional with a queen sofa bed and its own smart TV.
 
Game room & indoor living
The air-conditioned game room is a highlight of the home - fitted with a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and board games. A separate children's playroom stocked with books, toys, and life-size games keeps younger guests entertained. A dedicated workspace in a quiet, door-closed room is available for anyone needing to stay connected. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep every corner of the home comfortable.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features a Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine. Coffee is provided. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils round out what you need for full meal prep. A dining table offers space for the group to sit and eat together.
 
Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced private backyard where the pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area make the patio a natural gathering spot. A charcoal grill is on-site, with a propane grill available as an optional rental. A half bath accessible directly from the pool area adds everyday convenience.
 
Family essentials
This home is genuinely set up for families. A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, baby safety gates, and an outdoor playground are all on-site. The children's playroom and a full range of books and toys cover ages 0 through 10 and beyond. Babysitter recommendations are available, and housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
 
Bathrooms & laundry
Three full bathrooms and a half bath serve the home. Amenities include a bathtub, bidet, hair dryer, hot water, shower gel, and starter kits for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A washer and dryer are available in-unit at no extra charge. Extra pillows, blankets, bed linens, hangers, an iron, and walk-in closet and dresser storage are included throughout.
 
Entertainment & connectivity
The 65-inch HDTV in the main living area connects to standard cable plus Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are available. Exercise equipment is on-site, and a shared gym is located nearby.
 
Location
Situated in the Orlando Area, the home provides easy access to theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and resort facilities available to guests at no extra cost. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock. Four driveway parking spaces and free street parking are included. Two exterior security cameras - one at the front, one at the back - face outward for safety and do not cover any interior spaces.
 
Pet policy
This home is pet-friendly. Pets up to 50 lbs are welcome with prior approval.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
