### Themed 5bd/4.5ba resort home w/Pvt Pool/GameRoom

Take a breather from the parks! Step inside of this beautiful 2,270 sqft house and discover a private pool, BBQ grill and a game room specially designed to entertain your family and keep the fun going. Enjoy the resort that offers a bar, pool, water slides, spa, lazy river, hot tub, kids splash pad, a game room, gym, sports court or rest on the hammocks! Enjoy!  
  
Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool (optional heater available for an additional $45 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 3 nights).  
  
Additionally, there is a Mario Bros-themed game room equipped with 9 arcades, a foosball table and a TV. The game room also includes a futon couch for an additional guest.

Other details to note:  
Pool Heat cost: $45/day. It must be requested up to 48h prior to check-in or we might not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must be for 3 days minimum.  
  
BBQ Grill rental is $50- If the propane gas runs out you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to exchange is typically @$30.  
We also offer full service for $120 where someone ensures gas is full and we will replace if goes empty.   
It needs to be request 48 hours before check in.  
  
Pet fee: the house is pet friendly, but your pet must be house trained, the cost is $20 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for total stay.
