Pool heat recommended October to March is extra and is available for £100 a week We closed the house down from the end of August to December 2021 after receiving bad reviews, after getting the first one when we refused to sell the house to the first person who left a bad review, prior to that renter, we had not had a bad review, funny that. During this period we had all the bedding, linen, towels, pillows and kitchen pots and pans etc renewed, we also had vinyl plank flooring laid in the family room, dining room and hallway. We also had new A/C installed including new units inside and out and then we had the complete interior of the house repainted ready for 2022
There are a lot of villa owners who claim that their villas are located 10-15 minutes from Disney. It is only when you get there, that you find the only way you could get there in that time was if you used the space shuttle. That is not the case with our villa. Indian Ridge Villas is a quiet walled residential neighbourhood with no through traffic. 3 miles/5 minutes by car from Disney. It has a shaded community pool, cabana, tennis courts and children's play area, all of which are available to our clients. The Mystic Dunes Golf and Country Club is adjacent, with further golf courses only minutes away. Supermarkets, world class restaurants, shopping centres and of course The American dream Disney are found just around the corner. Our management team are located minutes away, and are available 24 hours per day, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the villa has smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting. Overall a clean property and close to things you need with a car, but things need a lot of TLC which is such a shame as this could be a truly lovely holiday home. I wouldn’t return but none the less it was a clean place to sleep

Adequate Rental Home
We chose this house becuar of the proximity to Disney. The house was adequate, could use some updating with the future beds and getting rid of the green carpeting. The pictures where acurate so there was no surprises. One thing i was disappointed in was the lack of dish cloths & tea towels there was none but i left a note for the management company in regardes to that. Over all it was a budget friendly lay you head to rest kind of place.

Needs Updating
Checking in was very easy. All the info provided by owner was accurate and helpful. Unfortunately this house needs some help. The kitchen is well stocked but there were no tea towels or dishcloths so we had to buy our own. The bottom of the fridge door was dirty and when we opened the door a piece of metal fell off so we just left it on top. We also had to put a bowl in it as it was leaking near the back. There were no empty cupboards to put groceries in so we left them on the dining room table. This was not a big deal for us but might be for a family. The living room has great space. The furniture needs to be replaced. It is so soft when you sit down there is no support and difficult to get up. The plastic supports on the arms of the chair are sticking out from the material. Didn't pay too close attention to the spare rooms as we were not using them but they did look nice. The master bedroom is a good size and the bed is very comfortable. The base of the lamp on the right side of the bed is broken and the only reason it was usable was because it was leaned against the wall. Ensuite had a nice big walk in shower. The main bathroom also needs some work. The toilet is not bolted down properly so it is not steady. Around the bottom of the toilet was filthy. The shower and sink taps were not working. Husband keeps a small tool kit in the car which he used to fix them but they should be replaced. The patio door is heavy and does not slide easily. The deck was dirty and there were two loungers that should be disposed of. There are 4 other ones that were very comfortable. The pool was great. We paid to have it heated and the temperature was good enough that we were able to swim everyday. We thought it strange that there was no pool cover so we went looking for it. We found it in a box in the garage (wet). Husband had to carryitto the pool area. The garage definitely does not look like the picture posted. This could be a great house with a little bit of work.

The house is nice but ,it’s need to fix the loose toilet screws on the hall, bathroom and could need carpet cleaning in the 3 bedroom and maybe new furniture other than that the house It very nice..
