    Welcome to our lovely Condo in Vista Cay recently Fully renovated (02/01/2025) Right next door to the main clubhouse, Super stylish, Clean but Still very Cosy and Warm, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 8 comfortably. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally designed and decorated, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



    The Space:

    The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 65" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 8 while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal. BED & BATH There are 3 bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, ceiling fans. You will find the principal Master Ensuite King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens, Also a 2nd bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen Size bed and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away.

    Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and the new universal Studios Theme Park EPIC UNIVERSE, only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

We loved our stay in this modern and super clean unit! It was in a great location close enough to the pool to be convenient but we couldn’t hear the pool. We will definitely rent again for our next trip to Orlando! Property manager also very quick to respond to any questions we had which was super nice!

Our family loved this condo! End/Corner unit which was nice and quiet! The unit looks exactly as pictured! It’s beautiful! Beds were really comfortable and the rain shower heads in both bathrooms, wonderful! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at Vista Cay and would definitely recommend it. We were in town for a work trip and brought the family along, and it was the perfect setup for both convenience and relaxing. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.The location was excellent and made it easy to get around Orlando. The community itself was quiet, well maintained, and felt very safe. Check in was smooth, communication was easy, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience.

Fast and easy check in! Well stocked unit - soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher and dish soap, extra toilet paper! Very clean, bright and well decorated unit... very comfortable! Newer neighborhood, so some construction nearby, but quiet - and low traffic for now! Close to Universal Parks (we walked two days to Epic) and walking distance to groceries, dinning and pharmacy. Only recommendation would be for room darkening blinds, especially in the corner bedrooms. The deadbolt on the door is misaligned, so tricky to lock... otherwise a perfect unit, would highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again!
