Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
The main living area centers around a 65" Roku Smart TV and two queen memory foam pull-out sofas, giving the whole group a place to gather after a full day out. A dedicated workspace with a private door, high-speed WiFi, and an Ethernet connection mean anyone who needs to stay connected can do so without interrupting the fun. Room-darkening shades throughout keep things cool and restful when it's time to recharge.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and Roku Smart TV:

Master Suite - King bed, direct access to the pool and spa, ensuite bathroom with bidet and soaking tub
Second Master Ensuite - King bed, private ensuite
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - Bunk bed (full over full)

The family room's two queen memory foam pull-out sofas provide additional sleeping flexibility for larger groups.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full family dinner. You'll find a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, along with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheets, cookware, wine glasses, and all the basics. Gather around the dining table inside or take meals out to the pool area - the choice is yours.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the group, including the master ensuite with a soaking tub and bidet. All are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer.

Entertainment & game room
A fully air-conditioned game room keeps everyone entertained regardless of the weather. It's loaded with arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a Roku Smart TV. Inside the home you'll also find board games, children's books and toys for all age groups, and an indoor playroom - plus an outdoor playground in the backyard.

Outdoor space
The private backyard is where this home really shines. A private heated pool and spa sit alongside sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor dining, and a private gas BBQ grill - everything you need for long afternoons under the Florida sun. Pool toys are included, and both the pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours. Note that pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee. The home also comes with free resort access, giving guests use of a shared gym, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and lake access at no extra resort charge.

For families
This home is thoroughly set up for little ones - a crib, Pack 'n play, standalone high chair, baby bath, and children's dinnerware are all on-site, along with toys and books spanning ages 0 to 10+, and babysitter recommendations if you need a night to yourselves.
