Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. Two master suites each feature a king bed and a Roku Smart TV. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth includes a bunk bed with full over full beds. Two queen memory foam pull-out sofas in the family room provide additional sleeping flexibility. Three bathrooms are well-appointed, with features including a bathtub and bidet.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is anchored by an inground pool and spa, both available year-round and open 24 hours. Heating for the pool or spa is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, a hammock, and outdoor furniture offer plenty of spots to settle in, while the outdoor dining area and private gas BBQ grill make al fresco meals an easy choice. A path or dock leads to lake access nearby, and free resort access gives guests the option to explore shared facilities beyond the property.

Entertainment & recreation
The air-conditioned game room brings the fun indoors - pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style games, life size games, and a theme room come together for hours of entertainment. A 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming services including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku makes movie nights easy. For those who want to keep up their fitness routine, exercise equipment includes a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights. Books, board games, and a shared gym round out the options.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-stocked for group cooking, with a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, wine glasses, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and barbecue utensils are on hand for outdoor grilling. Breakfast is provided for added convenience.

Family-friendly features
Families with young children are well looked after. The home includes a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, baby bath, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys for all ages, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground. Babysitter recommendations are also available on request.

Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Fast wifi at 357 Mbps, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace with a door support any remote work needs. A free washer and dryer, iron, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage - including a walk-in closet - take care of the everyday essentials. The home features a private entrance and a single-level layout with no stairs. Parking is available for up to four vehicles on the driveway, with free street parking also nearby. Self check-in is enabled via a smart lock. Exterior security cameras are installed outside the home - one at the front and one at the back, with no cameras facing any interior areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.
