Solterra Stunner is ideally situated just 10 miles from Walt Disney World, making it the perfect base for magical days at the parks. SeaWorld Orlando is only 17 miles away, while Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are just 21 miles from your doorstep. For everyday convenience, you’re less than 3 miles from Interstate I‑4 and Champions Gate, where you’ll find a Publix supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, and golf courses. The Posner Park Shopping Complex and a local movie theatre are also within 5 miles, ensuring entertainment and essentials are always close at hand.

As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to the fabulous Solterra Resort community facilities. Spend time at the large beach-entry heated pool with water slide and lazy River, relax in cabanas and sun loungers, or unwind in the spa and covered luxury seating areas. Inside the clubhouse, you’ll find air‑conditioned lounges, a Tiki Bar. For those seeking activity, the resort offers a 24 hr gym, tennis/pickleball courts, volleyball, and a children’s play area —all just a short walk from the villa. Please note: a one-time community access fee of $38 per stay (up to 12 guests $45 for 14 ) applies for use of the clubhouse amenities.
please note -please note Lazy River maintenance from 8th Sept 2026 - (adding heating!), the main pool maintenance tentatively from 22nd September - all works including improvements to Bar and other items estimated completion 14th December. The remaining community facilities remains open throughout and there will be an enhanced activities programme.

2 cars on Driveway, up to 3 others in marked bays on roadways - all must show car pass.

House Alarm, - all doors to our pool area are alarmed for pool safety. Pool safety fence.

* Pool heat can be added to your booking. Cost pool $40 per night
* Gas BBQ can be added to your booking, $75 plus tax, cost includes Gas bottle (one per stay, guests to replenish if more needed) Guests are asked to leave in a clean condition.
* The damage waiver cover (admin fee) added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay to a value of $1500
