Comfortable and quiet. The food is solid at all the restaurants, Valet parking is very well managed and they're great at getting a car out quickly. Good location to Pointe Orlando and easy to get on the main highways.

Our stay was better than expected! Although the building looks a bit outdated from the outside, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and were exceptionally clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the surrounding Disney World and SeaWorld areas. We even got to enjoy a fireworks show right from our room on Sunday night, which was such a wonderful bonus! The rooms were modern, spotless, and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay while in Florida for a fencing tournament! The location was perfect—within walking distance of the section of the convention center we needed, which made tournament days so much easier. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. Having a washer and dryer on our floor was especially helpful for washing fencing gear, and the front desk conveniently provided change. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was delicious and a great way to start our busy mornings. The comfort, convenience, and friendly service made this a five-star experience. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to other families traveling for tournaments!

Check in was quick and very courteous. Very convenient to Convention Center. Starbucks open in the lobby in the morning. Several restaurants on the property and tried them all. Sushi chef needs to up his customer service game everyone else was fantastic. More restaurants available at The Point 15 min walk. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Room was great. Very happy with my 6 day stay during EMS Symposium.

Friendly staff when checking in. Room was in excellent condition. Housekeeping was meticulous and prompt, snd when you passed them in the hall, they greeted you and asked if everything was all right with your room. The ladies preparing food at Reds’s restaurant did an outstanding job - and they were so helpful and pleasant. The parking arrangements were practical.

Great location, friendly staff, a spacious lobby, and large swimming pool. There is a skywalk to the convention center. ( not open when I stayed,might due to construction ) However,the hotel does not provide a designated drop-off area for Uber Eats deliveries. Guests must go downstairs to meet the driver, which is especially inconvenient after a late-night flight. This would be a major reason for me to choose another hotel next time.
