👨🍳 👩🍳 - Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Eating space is provided with stools at the end of the kitchen countertop. You may sit 4 at a time.
🛌- Bonus room area: The Zen room with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and 32` roku 📺 ,sound machine and workstation desk plus office chair. From here you have direct access to a full size brand new stackable washer dryer combo. Ensuite bathroom w rain shower and handheld combo for total relaxation. **Please note this room has no windows, it`s fully an interior space, with a desk, chair, bed and built in shelving - the ensuite bathroom does have a small window above the commode**
🛏 - Bedroom : The QUAD sleeps 5 with 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twin beds and the other with a twin over a full bed). Sound machine to sleep through the night after a long day and blackout shades to keep light out ⭐️
TV area - The tv area shares the room with the full kitchen. The countertop doubles as a seating area with wooden bar stools. A sofa couch is available in addition to this and sits 3. Sofa couch length is 70` so best suited for kids or a small adult. The space is perfect for transient guest and setup for quick meals. please note there is no dinning table area here as this is not a large lounge space.
Guest have full use of their unit and parking is designated to the back/rear property driveway spaces facing the fence. Max of 2 vehicles (1 in the front of the home and one in the rear )

🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
