The community has a playground, Tennis court, heated pool and dock access to a huge lake that is just steps away. The home comfortably sleeps 14 guest and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, in the main family room, a dedicated work area, game room, grill, ample indoor and outdoor seating making it perfect for your next vacation. Jet Ski rental available. Disclosures: Cameras on outside of property. Additional Grill & Pet Fee. Grill: 40.00$ Per stay; Pet Fee 150.00$ per pet. Our property includes a pool and access to nearby water features, which can present safety risks. Guests are responsible for exercising caution at all times when using or being near the pool, lake, or any water areas.

Children and pets must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Swimming, boating, and other water-related activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

For the safety of all guests, we strongly discourage the use of the pool, lake, or participation in any water activities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or physical abilities.

Please note that the property is equipped with actively recording exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.

No lifeguard is on duty. Use of the pool and waterfront areas is at your own risk.
