🐾 Pet Policy:

We love welcoming furry friends! Well-behaved dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed, with a limit of two dogs per home. The pet fee is $40 per night, per dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can approve your request.

•Dogs must be on a leash when outside or in unfenced areas.

•Pets should never be left unattended in the home.

•Unauthorized pets will incur a $75 daily fee.

•Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Certified service animals are always welcome and exempt from these fees and restrictions.

Carson’s Graduation gift

We loved our experience, from the time we walked into our cottage, we knew we would have a great time. The Cottage was spaces enough for our party of five. This vacation was a graduation gift for my grandson. I loved the proximity to the theme parks. I also loved the amenities that were offered by the property’s management team, Awesome!
