Packages will be received at the clubhouse, with a fee of $1 per pound and $1 per day for storage. Deliveries are accepted from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx; however, USPS is not supported. Please ensure packages are scheduled to be delivered during your stay and not before. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. When you arrive, we ask that you please take a look around and let us know if there is anything that is or seems to be broken, or not in working condition so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible. If you check-in late at night, feel free to send us an email and call the next morning. Please report any damages, breakage or loss however caused. We would like to ensure that you have everything you may need for your stay. Remember that this is a self-catering home, meaning that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. We had an amazing family vacation with 2 of my siblings, our cousin and my Dad. The kids loved the pool and went a couple of times to community pool with older cousins. It was centrally located to grocery shopping and we even did our annual family trip to the drive in in Lakeland that was only a 45 minute drive. We brought lots of board games and set up our Xbox in the upstairs living room. All the kids were entertained and not under foot the entire time. Would gladly rent again. ##### Danette J.
