    4BR 3BA townhome offering a master queen bedroom on the ground floor and a private splash pool overlooking the lake. The house is situated in a resort with all the amenities you will need for a great stay close to the major parks.



    This property has one of the better locations in Encantada resort being on the lakefront and close to the clubhouse. It's also a corner house with no rear neighbor for more privacy.

    We supply bed linen, towels and a starter kit to our guests. The starter kit consists of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, one tab for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher as well as some shampoo and soap.
